Biography

Mercy Kure, a Nigerian nurse and educator, embodies dedication and expertise in Nursing Sciences. Born on July 1st, 1980, in Kaduna State, she holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and pursues a Doctorate in Medical-Surgical Nursing from Ahmadu Bello University. With a wealth of experience spanning clinical practice to academia, she serves as a Lecturer II at Kaduna State University. Her teaching spans various courses, and she mentors undergraduates, guiding research projects. Notably, she’s engaged in impactful research, focusing on healthcare improvement, especially in diabetes management. Beyond academia, she actively contributes to community welfare and professional development programs. Recognized for her excellence, Mercy has received awards and is a member of prestigious professional associations.
