The Department of Medical Microbiology has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 2018. Since its inception, the department has been dedicated to advancing understanding and combating infectious diseases through research, education, and clinical practice.

Over the years, our faculty members have been instrumental in groundbreaking discoveries, contributing significantly to the field of microbiology. Their research has led to the development of new diagnostic techniques, treatments, and preventive measures for a wide range of infectious diseases.

In addition to research, the department has played a vital role in educating future microbiologists, infectious disease specialists, and healthcare professionals.
